Often when I try to understand my actions I find myself going back to an article by Peter Drucker once published in Harvard Business Review: Managing oneself.
There are so many great concepts on self management in that one article. Over the years it has become the foundation of my self grasp. I find myself going back and rereading it at least once or twice a year.
For instance I've come to learn that I'm a reader not a listener, as well as being a talker, not a writer. It's about how you efficiently recieve and convey information to and from the world around you.
I warmly recommend you to read it. I'm sure some of you will enjoy it as much as I have.
