I read this blog post on job hopping.

It hits home. I've held five jobs in 12 years, and I've finished three educations while attending four. I'm most certainly a job hopper. But, I'm also a person with a great resume, and you'll get very good descriptions from my past bosses. I'm eager, productive, creative, hard working, not your usual nine-to-five'r, thoughful, supportive teamplayer. Hehe... No but seriously. I'm the kind of guy you want around when shit hits the fan, because I'll remain focused and pull through. I'll even clean up with a smile. :-)

So, would you hire me? I sure hope so. And I've not been having any trouble getting interesting jobs so far.

My thought is that this is more of a "am I fit for a big corporate structure" kind of question. I know I'm not. But job hopping is probably the way of the future, even for large corporations. So Suits, listen up! Get used to it. We're the new generation and we're going to play it our way, wheather you like it or not.
